Missing deposit

I have deposited some of my coins to the account address I normally used in the past. The transaction went through successfully as it is shown on the screener. However the coins did not reach my account. I placed an issue ticket and got the response that the address I used has been disabled some time ago for safety reasons and the specialists need time to recover manually my deposit. There is already mor Ethan a month passed and HITBTC support still haven’t resolved the issue.
