Kraken

I transfered £6000 from an ac count IU controls. The account is a commerces cal account and because it was not in my actual name Kraken blocked the fund. They did not give me the correct reason for over a week. since then they have promised to refund but so far 1 month later they have not done so. I have written to support win a dozen occasions and still they cannot do something that takes a few seconds at best and 2 days at worst. Under the circumstances they should have used an instant transfer service. OUTRAGEOUS.
